• The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

• The item is returned with its original tags, packaging, and all included accessories.

• The returned parcel is securely packed and is not damaged during return shipping.

• You provide your order number and a valid reason for requesting a refund.

All refund requests are subject to inspection and approval by our team.

2. Parcel Condition Requirements

To qualify for a refund, the returned product and parcel must meet the following conditions:

• The clothing item must be unused, unwashed, and free from stains, perfume, odors, or signs of wear.

• The product must not have been altered, cut, or damaged by the customer.

• Original tags and packaging must be included wherever applicable.

• The parcel must be properly packed to prevent damage during transportation.

• Any item returned in a damaged, incomplete, or unacceptable condition may be rejected for a refund.

Please ensure that the product is packed carefully before handing it over to the courier company.

3. Return Shipping Charges

For customer-requested returns, the customer is responsible for the return delivery charges.

• Standard Return Shipping Fee: Rs. 299

• This amount is based on our current estimated return shipping cost and may vary according to courier rates, parcel weight, delivery location, and applicable shipping charges.

• If the actual courier charge changes, the applicable amount will be communicated to the customer before the return is arranged.

• Return shipping charges are generally non-refundable for customer-requested returns.

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us before returning it so our team can review the issue and guide you regarding the applicable shipping arrangements.

4. Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed only after the returned parcel has been received and inspected and the relevant payment has been received from the courier company, where applicable.

• Estimated Refund Time: Approximately 15 days

• The 10-day period begins after the required courier payment has been received and the return has been approved.

• Processing time may vary depending on courier settlement, inspection, banking procedures, and other circumstances beyond our control.

• We will notify you if additional information is required to process your refund.

Please note that the estimated 7 days is a processing timeframe, not a guarantee of an exact refund date.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Refunds

For orders placed through Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be arranged after the returned parcel has been received, inspected, and the applicable payment has been settled by the courier company.

Customers may be asked to provide accurate bank account or other agreed payment details to receive their refund.

Please ensure that the payment information provided is correct, as incorrect details may delay the refund process.

Any applicable return shipping charges or other agreed deductions will be communicated to the customer before the refund is finalized.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be approved in the following situations:

• The return request is submitted after the 3-day return window.

• The product has been worn, washed, stained, perfumed, altered, or damaged by the customer.

• The item is returned without its required tags or original packaging.

• The returned product does not match the item originally delivered.

• The parcel is damaged due to improper packing by the customer.

• The customer refuses to follow the approved return procedure.

• The returned item fails to meet the eligibility requirements of our Return & Exchange Policy.

These conditions are subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

7. Wrong or Defective Products

If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged product, please contact us within 1 days of delivery.

Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos showing the product and its condition.

Our team will review the complaint and advise you whether a replacement, exchange, or refund is appropriate. If the issue is verified, we will explain the applicable return shipping arrangements before proceeding.

8. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving your order.

2. Provide your order number and the reason for your request.

3. Share clear product photos or videos if requested.

4. Wait for approval and return instructions before sending the parcel.

5. Pack the item securely and return it using the approved courier arrangements.

6. Once the parcel is received and inspected, and the applicable courier payment has been settled, we will proceed with the approved refund.

Returns sent without prior approval may be refused or delayed.

9. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued through a mutually agreed payment method, depending on the original payment method and the available options.

For Cash on Delivery orders, customers may need to provide valid bank account details or another payment method accepted by Undaz.

Any applicable deductions, including agreed return shipping charges, will be communicated before the refund is completed.
